Maybe offer 3 levels of service. A basic service would just be a window clean, no cleaning of screens, tracks, sills and frames. The next service up would include wiping down the screens(not washing them) and tracks. The next service up from that would be for everything... washing screens, vacuuming tracks, wiping sills and frames. Basically a full detail of the window. Maybe price them at $5, $7 and $9.
