Hello , This comment is in response to a winter time plan. I live in Calgary Alberta, Canada and like many northern states the winter can be cold and snowy. I don't like cleaning windows in the winter so I have contacted various property managment companies (which by the way are a great source for window cleaning in the summer) and offered my services for snow removal. My contracts run Nov 1st - April 30th. I work approximately 30 days in that period and get paid $9000 per month whether it snows or not. I get much of the winter off, however I do have to stay close to home on those days that it does snow. I look after 27 properties in the downtown area and it's only clearing sidewalks and driveways. Just another idea for winter.
