Hi Jim:

I appreciate the post. Follow up is what it's all about. Most business owners are always focusing on getting "new" customers. And although acquiring new customers is necessary, we have a gold mine of current customers that we can tap into for ongoing jobs and profits. All they need is to be followed up with. Easy to do, but not done often enough unfortunately.

So if you can effectively follow up with both your prospects and customers, you'll have a huge advantage over your competitors who will be mostly scrambling around always looking for the "new" jobs.

Take care for now.

Best Wishes,

Steve

Some interesting points here. I have been using Outlook and am learning to use CRM to help manage my customers. One of my goals is to be the most convenient of all service providers that my customers use. Follow ups make it easy for them to schedule with me.
I will take a look at this "Factor" system you speak of!
